In this Project Development Manager role, you will be responsible for managing project development from conception to sale of the project, execution of contracts or financial close. You'll play a key role in innovative energy solutions and net zero transition in the rapidly growing energy sector.

During your first few weeks in this Project Development Manager role, you can expect to:

  • Coordinate and communicate with project stakeholders

  • Coordinate multidisciplinary teams, including business development, engineering, commercial, finance, legal, etc

  • Lead specific development activities based on core skills

  • Drive project development with effective energy solution procurement and delivery by managing the project delivery schedule and project budget

To apply for this Project Development Manager position, your soft skills, expertise, and experience should include:

  • Project management skills and effective written and oral communication

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Projects, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc

  • 3-5 years of experience in the UK energy sector (gas, CHP, renewables, battery storage, and other technologies)

  • A reasonably good understanding of the UK electricity market and its regulatory environment

  • Project development experience in grid-connected power projects and/or off-grid energy solutions
