Your Role & Responsibilities
Engage with clients to ensure they maximise value from the platform, driving operational efficiency and cost reduction.
Build strong relationships with renewable asset managers, investors, and insurers, helping them optimise their portfolios.
Educate customers on the platform’s capabilities, demonstrating how data-driven insights can enhance financial modelling and risk assessment.
Collaborate with internal teams (Customer Success, Business Development, Product Management) to align solutions with customer needs.
Identify growth opportunities, working with the sales team to support up-sell and expansion strategies.
Provide technical expertise on asset performance, operational analysis, and benchmarking.
Ensure smooth project delivery, managing multiple customer engagements and ensuring timely resolution of issues.
What We’re Looking For
Experience in a customer-facing role such as Customer Success, Account Management, or Project Engineering.
Technical background in renewable energy – knowledge of wind, solar, or asset management is preferred.
Strong communication and relationship-building skills – ability to translate complex technical data into actionable insights.
Experience working with cross-functional teams, supporting product development and business growth.
