Based in London you will be responsible for the design and development of initial projects through to the actual project management of approved projects.

Your role will be broad and include:

• Business development.
• Generation projection analysis, historic data analysis and technical design and development.
• Creating financial models to assess IRR including FITs and ROCs for use internally and by funders.
• Assessing lease agreements.
• Drafting and negotiation on key legal documents with stakeholders.

Ideally you will have strong business development and project management skills, proven experience in the renewable energy sector along with a good understanding of legal/lease documentation and legislation around FITs and commercial RHI.
