As a Project Engineer, you will deliver project tasks and designs, working with the internal team and process contractors/suppliers at various stages in the project life cycle to deliver projects to specification, within agreed time frames and budget.
In your first few weeks in this project engineer role, you can expect to:
- Outline and lead engineering on the projects from inception to completion of schemes
- Chair and attend internal and external review and progress meetings
- Prepare technical specifications and document
- Manage the supply chain through the procurement, engineering, implementation, commissioning and handover phase
- Answer questions and queries that arise during the project.
To apply for this project engineer role, you will need a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Mechanical or Environmental Engineering. You will also require:
- Experience in Anaerobic Digestion, Biomenthane, liquid waste management and biomethane injection technologies
- An understanding of anaerobic digestion and sludge calculations, process reviews, and process specifications.
