As a Client Site Representative Anaerobic Digestion, you will play an important part in keeping the firm’s construction sites running at their highest potential, acting as the key site interface between the company and the Principal Contractor in addition to managing the activities of 4-5 specialist subcontractors.
In your first few weeks in this role, you can expect to:
Ensure that the Principal Contractor proactively discharges their duties under the Construction Design and Management regulations
Ensure regular site safety walks are carried out, site access is effectively controlled and all applicable technical specifications are met
Ensure all construction activities are provided in compliance with the scheme deliverables and drive a culture of zero accidents and zero defects to meet the delivery milestones to provide the best service
Ensure full H&S compliance is achieved where the team feel safe every day and have the confidence and autonomy to raise safety concerns.
To apply for this Client Site Representative role, you will need engineering and construction site experience. You will also require the following:
Supervisory/management experience in a construction environment
Good understanding of CDM Regulations
Qualification in an engineering/construction discipline
SMSTS/SSSTS and CSCS
NEBOSH, IOSH and Microsoft Project Collaborative Planning tools.
