Sustain Recruitment has an exciting opportunity for a skilled and collaborative Maintenance Manager to join our client's inclusive and successful team. This full-time Maintenance Manager role is based in Warminster and offers an attractive salary and benefits package, including on-site Monday to Friday with out-of-hours cover.
In your first few weeks in this Maintenance Manager role, you can expect to:
Work alongside the Operations Manager to ensure that O&M activities are managed
Ensure that all activity on site is managed safely, ensuring that staff and contractors alike work to the highest health, safety and environmental standards
Plan and execute preventative maintenance
Respond to unplanned maintenance
To apply for this Maintenance Manager role, you will need at least 3 years of experience in power generation and/or process engineering. You will also require the following:
Experience managing contractors
Knowledge of environmental permit regulations
Proficiency in MS Office suite
Good communication skills
The ability to liaise effectively with co-workers, regulators and the general public
